The Australian Gas Light Company to the Town Clerk regarding the erection of a lamp and pointing out that the lane is privately owned. 2. JC Beare [Alderman] to JB Rundle MLC suggesting the lane be handed over to the City Council 3. Blomfield & Dickson, financial agents, to JB Rundle (a trustee) reporting that Mr Billyard, agent for the Macleay Estate, states that the rights held are the balance of a 99 years lease; annotations by the City Surveyor advising against accepting the lane because of its non compliance with legal width and advising that the opinion of the City Solicitor should be obtained.LanguageEnglish (eng)Digitised recordNo
