Appended: Memo from the City Surveyor costing pavement for George & King Sts; Letter from PE Malumby, architect, having completed building New Hotel at corner of William & Palmer Sts requesting repair of footpaths and Minute Paper of City Surveyor; Letter from Alfred Hunt, Balmain, pointing out that the urinal at the foot of Erskine St had been removed when the Ferry Company enlarged their premises and had not been replaced and was much needed; Memo from the City Surveyor with specifications for forming a platform to approach the lift from the George St Entrance of Photo Studio, Queen Victoria Markets; Tenders for erection of platform from W Cammidge, Walter St, Granville, John Robson, Alt St, Ashfield; Memo comparing tenders of C Lidbury, J Robson and W Cammidge; Note with resolution of Council 4 July 1899 re re paving outside St Benedict's; Letter from Bishop Higgins, St Benedict's Church, requesting flagging outside the church and Minute Paper of City Surveyor.
