Committee determined there had been a misunderstanding between the Acting City Surveyor [Sheilds] and Architect for Hogan and Caraher that had caused the buildings to be erected at a level below the line of curbing causing inconvenience to neighbouring properties. Committee recommended that the level of the curbing be changed.
