The Committee recommended that growers be allowed to sell produce directly from their carts situated between the sheds A & C and before 9 a.m. Adopted by Council. Committee interviewed Messrs S. H. Pierce, Geo Hooper, Mich. Hogan, Jno Harrison, Jas Welsh and Jas Dixon.
