(Note: 1/7/87 Ack. City Building Surveyor. Re condemned buildings Kent&Windmill Sts. There is no record of this property having been condemned, the premises may have been inspected for that purpose by the Mayor but no notices were served on the proprietors. I visited and inspected this property some time ago, and found that the houses were in a very bad condition, and not fit for human habitation, and were consequently placed on the list of "buildings recommended for condemnation" under the 31st Section of the City of Sydney Improvement Act, and which list is now in possession of the Mayor: GMcR;14/7/87. 30/7/87 File: AJR)LanguageEnglish (eng)Digitised recordYes
