Unique IDAS-1136Start date11th March 1991End date22nd February 1993FormatPublication - BookletDescriptionThis series consists of the agenda papers and reports of the House Sub-Committee, a sub-committee of the CA 41 Finance Committee III, 1989-1993. The main responsibility of the House Sub-Committee was the general oversight of the 1990's restoration and renovation of the Town Hall and its rooms. The agenda papers were prepared by CA 15 Secretariat, 1975 + and composed of papers distributed to members of the Committee prior to each meeting. The agenda papers included an item list of issues and subjects relating to aspects of the Town Hall refurbishment. This series is not a record of the discussions of each Committee meeting but a record of the subjects and correspondence discussed. The Committee then makes recommendations to Council based on these discussions, which are found in CRS 7, Minutes of Council, 1842+
