Unique IDAS-0775Start date12th July 1993End date20th July 1998FormatManila FolderDescriptionThis series consists of agenda papers of CA 140, Cultural and City Services Committee, 1993-1999. This committee was reponsible for park activities and recreation, community services, library services, Council's swimming pools, public health, cleasing, waste disposal, information systems, properties and environment management.

The agenda papers were prepared by CA 15, Secretariat, 1975-1993 and CA 106, Legal and Secretariat Services, 1993+ and are composed of papers distributed to members of the Committee prior to each meeting. The yellow coloured cover contains the list of issues and subject matters, including reports of sub-committees, scheduled for discussion in each meeting. Starting 7 February 1994, a table of contents indicating the item number and pagination has been included in the agenda papers. When the agenda papers are thick, they are bound instead of stapled together.

This series is not a record of the discussions of each Committee meeting but a record of the subjects and correspondence discussed. The Committee then makes recommendations to Council based on these discussions which are found in CRS 7, Minutes of Council, 1842+
