Health and Medical Services Review Sub-Committee

Unique IDAG-0152DescriptionOn 13 October 1975, Council resolved to appoint four sub-committees of the Community Services Committee. These were the Health and Medical Services Review Sub-Committee, the Cleansing Services Review Sub-Committee, the Parks and Recreations Review Sub-Committee, and the City Library Review Sub-Committee.

The Health and Medical Services Review Sub-Committee was responsible for supervising the income, expenditure, and operation of CA 73, City Health Department and CA 2, Medical. They were also responsible for considering and reporting on the quality and cost of welfare services to Council staff, including medical, dental, social and sporting club activities.

The members of the Sub-Committee were Aldermen Nicholas Shehadie, Charles Boag, and Nanette Rudge.
