Unique IDAG-0110DescriptionThis agency is deemed to have been created on 1 January 1993. The Resolution of Council of 21 December 1992 adopted the plan proposed by management consultants Ernst & Young for reorganisation of the structure of the Council administration.

The agency had the status of a Division, one of six created in the new management structure. It was responsible for the leasing and maintenance of all of Council's properties including management of the Town Hall, the operation of the Parking Stations at Goulburn and Kent Streets, and responsibility for Council's own vehicle fleet.

The Acting Assistant General Manager of the Division, Merv Ismay, left Council employment in mid 1993 and the Division was subsequently absorbed by its controlling agency CA 111, Corporate Services Division which was renamed the Corporate & Business Services Division.
