Pasfield Family Structure: William Hamilton Pasfield b c1827 d1891 (son of Samuel and Jane) and married to Ellen is the brother of Charles d1876 (son of Samuel and Jane) who was married to Elizabeth. A son of Charles and Elizabeth was Charles H (Labourer, Botany Water Works 1872-1888) who was born 1852. Another brother of William H and Charles was George b c1822 d1891 (son of Samuel and Jane) who married Ellen and was prominent in the Gunning district. George and Ellen had sons named William H, James A and Henry J.

William Hamilton Pasfield (Overseer Botany Dams 1872-1888) had sons William Hamilton(Contractor 1882-1883), George Alfred (Clerk 1884-1888), James, Samuel and Arthur; his nephew was Charles (Labourer, Botany Water Works). Ellen Pasfield, with residence at Water Reserve Botany, who died in 1906 was identified in newspaper notices as relict of William H Pasfield. Sons listed in her funeral notices are William, George, James, Samuel and Arthur.
